It has been an intense few weeks. I don’t have time yet to put up all of my Polaroid photography but will add what’s ready. I got my Land Camera 100 to work. Here is the first outdoor shot I got.
And now, on with the Polaroids from last week before the sessions.
Gas stop, Williams, CA.
Store stop, Willits, CA. Land Camera 320 with FP3000B, reclaimed negative.
Leroy of Hellbound Glory. Willits, CA. I am often blown away with the quality of pictures that come out of this Land Camera 100, the very first pack film film Polaroid. The Automatic [Edwin Land] Camera 100 was made between 1963 and 1966, retailing for a whopping $165. ($165 in 1963 had the same buying power as $1,225 in 2012)
Sunset before the show, Humboldt Hills Hoe Down.
Sunday, on the way home, highway 20 east of Yuba City.
Stop at near Donner Summit.
Once I got back from the long weekend, I went out for some shots in the Virginia City foothills. I was excited to be carrying around a Spectra and two automatic pack film cameras.
I won an ebay auction for four polaroids. I was after a Land Camera 330 because it has glass lenses, but is otherwise very similar to the 320. Here is a crappy digital shot of my refurbished 330:
